To get a useful answer faster, say which of these you are writing about. ## Support and beta access Already in the closed beta and something is wrong — an analysis that never finished, a USB export that a CDJ would not read, a track that will not sync? Email [hello@dajent.co](mailto:hello@dajent.co) with your account email, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it is an export problem, tell us which CDJ model or software you loaded the stick on; that is usually the fastest route to a fix. Not in the beta yet?
