For support tickets, you can open one directly through the DaJent platform in the web or desktop app. Select your profile and then select “Contact support.” Pro users will enjoy priority response times, and we’ll try our best to respond to all tickets.

Press and partnerships

For press enquiries, record-pool or store partnerships, or anything involving the rekordbox/Serato export path, email hello@dajent.co with “press” or “partnership” in the subject line.

Data access, correction and deletion requests, and anything else covered by our Privacy Policy, go to the same address: hello@dajent.co. Please write from the email address on the account so we can verify the request. Our Terms of Service and Cookie Notice set out the rest.
