Support and beta access

Already in the closed beta and something is wrong — an analysis that never finished, a USB export that a CDJ would not read, a track that will not sync? Email hello@dajent.co with your account email, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it is an export problem, tell us which CDJ model or software you loaded the stick on; that is usually the fastest route to a fix.

Press and partnerships

For press enquiries, record-pool or store partnerships, or anything involving the rekordbox/Serato export path, email hello@dajent.co with “press” or “partnership” in the subject line.

Data access, correction and deletion requests — and anything else covered by our Privacy Policy — go to the same address: hello@dajent.co. Please write from the email address on the account so we can verify the request. Our Terms of Service and Cookie Notice set out the rest.

Community and social

The fastest way to reach us — and the other DJs using DaJent — is our Discord: discord.gg/fmYksC3shp. Come in for beta questions, feature requests, export troubleshooting, and to hear what other DJs are doing with their libraries.

The team works from Santa Barbara, California. The Dover address is our registered office — it is the right address for formal or legal correspondence, not for returning hardware.
